Few bugs i've found. see the pic.
1) Description text missing
2) the perk TAKES LESSONS FROM CYGNUS +1% health doesn't scale with oziels passive.
3) the perk AMATEUR VETERINARIAN +8% max mana doesn't scale with oziels passive.

    Interestingly, I believe 2 and 3 are intentional. I wish they did scale, but I'm almost certain they're designed to be based off the starting health value. Those should probably have their text cleared up, though.

    Good find on #1.
