So 1 dev team now - working on a new project.

So it's official - unchained is dead.

You should give us mod and server support as i'm sure this is it for Orcs must die - or just make it open source at this point.  No one would EVER invest time or money into a Orcs Must Die game again after this disaster so what would there be to lose.

  • Game hasn't even been on PS4 for a year yet and they've already pulled the plug. This is such bs.

To be fair there has been no official announcement regarding the future of OMDU. Sadly, there hasn't been any official announcement regarding a future update either.

This is when silence hurts more than it helps as the lack of infomation is problematic at best.

There has been official communication that the servers for OMDU are set to continue. You can find the note at the bottom of the blog post. http://robotentertainment.com/3272018/index.htm

Yeah, well even if the servers will stay up there's still alot of bugs that NEED fixing, plus most F2P titles that don't do content updates on a somewhat regular basis won't retain player interest for very long.

I don't want this game to die off, but it seems like OMDU won't have much of a playerbase left by the end of this year  :(
